The Rout-R-Lift™ 3.5XT is a precision router lift designed to deliver professional results at a practical price point.

A cost-effective alternative to the Mast-R-Lift II, it offers similar features, including above-table bit height adjustment for quick, accurate setup and a cam-lock mechanism that keeps settings secure during use. Its heavy-duty aluminum body and phenolic top plate provide the stability needed for precise routing work. The result is a straightforward, dependable lift that produces consistent results at the router table.

Out of the box, it’s sized for the popular 3-1/2″ diameter fixed-base router motors, but it also includes access to free router sleeve/collar 3D print files available for smaller routers.

Double-sealed bearing spindle ensures effortless and accurate raising and lowering of your router motor

Shafts are hydraulically pressed into oversized mounts for superior rigidity and long-lasting performance

Above the table bit changes and height adjustments

Dedicated cam-lock mechanism prevents spindle rotation

Aluminum body with precision-machined phenolic top plate

Sized for the following 3.5″ diameter fixed-base router motors: PORTER-CABLE® 690/890 series, Bosch 1617/1618 series, DeWALT® 610/617/618 series, CRAFTSMAN® 17540 / 17541 / 17542 / 17543 (320-24604) / 27680 / 28084 / 28190 / 320-2768 and SKIL® (3.5″ motor diameter)

3D print files available for the following fixed-base router motors: Milwaukee 65 mm, Kreg 65 mm, DeWALT 2.7″, Hitachi 3.26″ (M12VC / KM12VC), Makita 3.2″ (1101), RYOBI 2.4″ and a Generic 2″
