Pro-Glue Veneer Bond Dry Resin Glue, 25 lb Pail

This is a professional quality adhesive for use in veneering and general assembly where a rigid bond is required and a long open cure time is desired. Made from a pre-catalyzed modified dry powder urea, it cures under clamping pressure in 6 hours at a minimum recommended operating temperature of 70° F. Pot life is 4 -5 hours at a room temperature of 70°; open time is 20 – 25 minutes after application. To reduce bleed thorough on non backed-up veneers allow 15 minutes of open time after spreading adhesive and before applying the veneer. Clean up while wet with warm soapy water. After curing, clean-up will be very difficult. Mix powder by weight, two parts powder into 1 part water. A 6 oz. cup of powder adhesive, mixed at the ratios suggested, will cover approximately 18 sq. ft.
