Freud’s Upcut O-Flute Spiral Router Bit was specially designed to produce a smooth finish on solid surface material and plastics such as ABS, UHMW, acrylic, nylon and polycarbonate – substrates often used in sign making applications.
The unique O-Flute design delivers cooler cuts in plastic to avoid melting. The spiral clears chips quickly, while leaving a smooth bottom surface in the groove.
This solid carbide bit was designed for use with your CNC machine, but can also be used in a standard handheld or table-mounted router. Ideal for cutting plastics such as ABS, UHMW, acrylic, nylon and polycarbonate.Made in Italy.
