Nova Modular Tool Rest S-Curve 9092

Part of the Nova Modular Tool Rest System, the s-curve bowl rest is a perfect fit for almost any size of lathe. This rest combines both the large and small bowl rests into one. The solid steel large bowl rest is constructed from 1-1/8″-wide x 5/16″-thick steel while the small bowl rest is constructed from 1-1/8″-wide x 3/16″-thick steel and features a tough enamel painted surface, radius work surface that allows the tool to glide smoothly over the rest all while providing better control. Rest provide both 8-1/2″ (218mm) diameter curvature as well as a 5-3/16″ (132mm) diameter curvature that allows it to be used in either orientation to provide left or right positioning. When more precise tool control for smaller work is needed on larger lathes, this will more than fill the bill. Tool rest bar requires one of the Nova Tool Rest Posts (sold separately).
Note: Nova Modular Tool Rest System in not compatible with any other modular rest systems.
