Axe Pro Combo

The Keith Lackner AXE Pro Series Combo Tool from Carter is designed from the ground up for turning resin, resin fusion (resin and wood) and other dense hardwoods. The angled tip provides relief when cutting denser materials, but is still aggressive enough to remove material. The tool comes with a small cutter, which is perfect for material removal, and a larger cutter, which is ideal for finishing cuts to remove toolmarks before sanding. Due to the AXE series bevel, this tool can also be rotated for shear cutting as needed.
The Pro Series Combo comes with the Keith Lackner Signature Pro Series Tool Bar, two bits (one small, one large) and the AXE Pro Series 5/8″ Bar Handle. The modular Pro Series Handle can be used with not only Carter Pro Bars, but also most 5/8″ tool bars, from carbides to standard gouges and scrapers.
